PROFILE

Carl Smith is the director and founder of Resilia Consulting Limited. Carl has over 28 years experience within the building services industry. Carl began his career as a trainee electrician and obtained his full qualified electrician’s status within the industrial / commercial sector in 1991.  Carl joined Oscar Faber consulting engineers in 1991 and completed a full time Building Services Engineering degree (with honours) and then subsequently completed a Master’s degree in engineering.  During this time, Carl worked within Oscar Fabers Design & Facilities Management teams working and managing a number of high profile clients / projects.  In 1997 Carl joined Lehman Brothers Limited as a project manager where he gained a wealth of experience over a 13 year period within the high profile banking sector.  Carl also worked for Waterman Gore where he successfully jointly headed up their Facilities management division over four year period.  Carl is an experienced building services engineer who is focused on maintaining and increasing client relationships by providing a high quality, due diligent, hardworking & honest service.
